Dear Supporters and Well-Wishers,

As we bid farewell to the year gone by and embrace the dawn of 2025, Ma Sharanam Ashram continues to sow the seeds of hope, growth, and transformation for the children of tomorrow.

Within the peaceful sanctuary of Ma Sharanam Ashram, our Gurukul & School has been a place of profound change and growth for children from the most humble backgrounds. Many of these children, some orphaned, others from underserved tribal communities, have found not only a home but a path to a brighter future.



A Symphony of Learning and Art

In the past year, our students have flourished in a rich educational environment that harmoniously blends traditional academic learning with artistic and physical development. Alongside core subjects such as Mathematics, Science, and English, they have embraced the world of music, where they learn classical ragas and master a variety of musical instruments. These artistic pursuits provide an essential balance to their academic lives.












    
Archery : Our young archers are now preparing to represent the Ashram in National games carrying forward not only their abilities but a sense of commitment and self-discipline, under a proper guidance of a coach who himself represented India in the National tournament of Archery. Ma Sharanam is the only place in the whole district conducting the sport, a great achievement for all of us.






    
Cooking : At Ma Sharanam, we believe in empowering children with practical life skills that prepare them for a bright future. Two of our proud alumni, Gokul and Rajesh, are on their journey to achieving their dream of becoming head chefs. Currently, they are pursuing their passion at one of India’s top institutions, IHM Delhi, setting an inspiring example for their peers.






    
A Life of Balance and Harmony : Integral to our children's education are the practices of meditation, mantra chanting, and yoga, which nurture their inner peace and spiritual growth. These rituals instill balance, clarity, and a sense of unity with the universe—qualities that are essential not only for academic success but for holistic well-being.
